Redelong (Aceh) Berita Merdeka Online — Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) menjalankan program Pembuatan Izin Usaha di Tempat Usaha (Biduk) untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, khususnya bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM).
Kepala DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Abd Kadir, ST, M. Si ,jumat (14/3/2023) mengatakan program Biduk ini sudah mulai berjalan sejak tahun 2022. Mekanismenya, pihak DPMPTSP biasanya melakukan analisa dan pemetaan sebelum turun ke lapangan. Analisa dan pemetaan ini bertujuan agar program ini tepat sasaran.
“Program ini dilaksanakan karena masih banyak UMKM dan pelaku usaha yang belum memiliki izin. Selain itu, karena adanya keluhan para pelaku usaha yang tidak memiliki waktu dan jarak jauh untuk membuat izin usaha sehingga harus dilakukan jemput bola oleh petugas DPMPTSP,” kata Abd Kadir.
Dia menyebutkan, peningkatan pelayanan perizinan kepada pelaku usaha merupakan upaya mewujudkan visi misi Kabupaten Bener Meriah. “Ketika pelaku usaha memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), otomatis mendapat sebuah perlindungan hukum. Kami mengajak kepada seluruh pelaku usaha untuk segera memproses pembuatan NIB,” ajaknya.
Abd Kadir berharap, agar para pelaku UMKM yang telah memiliki NIB bisa meningkatkan usahanya. Apalagi jika sudah mengantongi NIB, tentu pelaku usaha bisa mendapat kemudahan dalam mengakses pembiayaan dari lembaga keuangan atau perbankan.
“Jadi memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan usahanya,” pungkasya.
Melalui program Biduk, DPMPTSP Bener Meriah melakukan kerjasama dengan Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah (CAPDIN) setempat, untuk menjalan program Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD). DPMPTSP Bener Meriah, juga akan melakukan Biduk ke SMK-SMK di Bener Meriah yang ingin mendaftarkan izin usaha workshop SMKnya. (Man)
